Located at 2900 Delaney Street in Orlando, Florida, Delaney Offices – Buildings A & B is a ground-up commercial development featuring two new single-story shell buildings totaling approximately 4,146 square feet (2,074 square feet each).
Designed for flexible and modern use, the project covers complete shell construction per engineered plans. The scope includes comprehensive structural systems—foundations, CMU walls, lintels, and roof framing—alongside fully integrated exterior elements like storefront systems, windows, doors, façade finishes, and roof assemblies. The development emphasizes durable construction and clean architectural detailing to effectively support future tenant buildouts.

Escape Velocity - Eve Orlando Studio
As the general contractor for the Escape Velocity project, we are excited to be part of transforming this office space into a state-of-the-art video game design studio on West Plant Street in Winter Garden. This Tenant Improvement project involves a complete build-out, designed to enhance both functionality and creativity within the workspace.
Our scope of work includes the installation of custom murals, which will add a unique and vibrant touch to the studio, creating an inspiring atmosphere. The design will also feature sliding doors throughout the space, offering flexibility and creating an open, collaborative environment.
To ensure an acoustically friendly setting, we will incorporate decorative acoustical panels that not only manage sound but also serve as visually striking elements of the studio's design. A modern kitchen and bathroom will also be included in the build, providing the team with comfortable and efficient spaces to rest and recharge.

Located at 900 S. Dillard Street in Winter Garden, Florida, The Vanity Room is a 1,993-square-foot tenant improvement project transforming a shell space into a modern medical spa.
The elevated layout features injector rooms, a laser treatment room, esthetician space, a training room, a break area, a lobby, storage, and ADA-compliant restrooms. Designed for client comfort and operational efficiency, the high-end wellness environment incorporates contemporary finishes, custom millwork, upgraded MEP systems, and enhanced life safety features.

This two-story building features a 5,100-square-foot restaurant. Designed around a beautiful 100-year-old oak tree, the development integrates nature into its layout, including a second-story patio beneath the tree’s canopy.

Located within the Smith & Main development at 186 S. Main Street in Winter Garden, Florida, Monarch Barbershop is a 1,057-square-foot upscale tenant improvement project designed as a refined grooming destination.
To deliver an elevated client experience, the layout includes a waiting and check-in area, haircut stations, a refreshment service area, a pedicure space, a breakroom, storage, and ADA-compliant restrooms. The interior combines functionality and aesthetics by incorporating contemporary finishes, custom millwork, upgraded lighting, open-structure ceilings, and coordinated MEP systems.
Falls of Bonaventure

Located at Falls at Bonaventure, the Falls at Bonaventure Rehabilitation Project is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) initiative focused on modernizing and preserving an occupied 300-unit multifamily community.
The phased renovation includes upgrading interior finishes, doors, windows, and MEP systems in both units and common areas, alongside exterior envelope repairs and site-wide accessibility improvements. Additional work features upgrades to parking, accessible routes, pool and playground amenities, and pavement repairs—all designed to enhance living conditions and energy efficiency while maintaining occupancy during construction.

Located in Ocoee, the Ocoee Collective project is a ground-up commercial development delivering a contemporary 4,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail destination.
The scope includes extensive exterior and structural upgrades, featuring new storefront systems, modern façade enhancements with painted stucco and lime-washed brick, aluminum canopies with wood louvers, upgraded roofing, new HVAC equipment, exterior lighting, and integrated signage. Additional work includes structural steel framing upgrades and reinforced exterior walls, providing future-ready spaces designed for phased tenant buildouts while creating a visually impactful environment.
Briley Farm Clubhouse

Located in Oakland, the Briley Farm Clubhouse project is a new ground-up neighborhood amenity designed for the Briley Farm community. It encompasses approximately 3,031 square feet of conditioned interior space plus covered outdoor areas, creating an integrated indoor-outdoor gathering environment.
Amenities feature an entertainment lounge, speakeasy-style adult lounge, office, accessible restrooms, a resort-style pool, pickleball and basketball courts, and outdoor recreational spaces. The construction scope includes fiber cement exterior cladding, architectural shingle roofing, storefront glazing, custom interior finishes, upgraded MEP systems, concrete/sidewalk improvements, and modern, accessibility-compliant architectural detailing throughout.
4th St. Village
4th St. Village
Breaking ground September 2026, 4th St. Village is a ground-up retail and event space development located at the intersection of West Colonial Drive and Tubb Street in Oakland, FL. The project includes complete site development and construction of a mixed-use commercial destination designed to support retail, dining, and community gathering spaces within the growing Oakland corridor. Positioned along a highly visible commercial frontage with convenient access to major roadways, the development is intended to enhance the character of Historic Oakland while providing a modern venue for local businesses, events, and community engagement.
